Join us next Sunday after service for a special Mother’s Day BBQ! We’ll have a simple and tasty setup of hotdogs and burgers for everyone to enjoy. Please feel free to bring an extra appetizer if you’d like but no pressure! We’re also looking for a few grill masters and volunteers (preferably fathers, husbands, sons, or daughters) to help us serve our amazing moms. If you're interested, please reach out to Carmen or Danielle asap. Let’s honor our mothers with joy and gratitude for all they do!
Our retreat is just around the corner, and we’re so excited! We’re looking for a few volunteers to help support our children’s and middle school programs during the weekend. The children’s program (ages 3–10) will be led by Ann Su, and the middle school program will be led by Dave Ko and Danielle. We’re hoping for one helper per session per group—so ideally 8 volunteers total. You are also welcome to help with more than one session! Please speak to Ann, Dave Ko, or Danielle if you wish to serve in this way.
If you are not able to attend the retreat there will still be a very simple Bible study service here in the sanctuary, with guest speaker pastor Craig Herbert from Citadel Church in Forest Hills.
JoyCamp Children’s Registration is open! Early Bird prices are available and up until this week, May 7th, so make sure to spread the word and register ASAP. We are also still looking for a Kitchen Director to help out with this ministry. Full responsibilities and application for this can be found on the QR code on the screen.
