Our Youth & College Group is going apple picking! 🍎 Join us for our annual trip to Twin Star Orchards this Saturday, September 26. We’ll meet at the church parking lot at 8:45 am and head out together. We’re also looking for a few volunteer drivers to help us get everyone there! Our congregation's Active Membership List is posted on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall. If you are a member and have attended Sunday services at least 12 times in the past 12 months and your name is missing on the list, please add your name to the list.
Leadership nominations will open Next Sunday, 9/27. This is your chance to nominate yourself or others to serve on the consistory, the main leadership body of our church. English congregation is currently looking for TWO deacon positions. There will be a town hall meeting after worship at 3:00pm in the sanctuary that day to discuss the Biblical definition of Christian leadership and review Newtown’s leadership structure.
