There will be a Jazz Orchestra Concert here in our sanctuary today at 6pm hosted by our talented Naoya Ogura. Please join us for an evening of jazz!
JoyCamp starts next Monday and the staff are already training. The theme verse for JoyCamp this year is Psalm 16:7-8. We encourage everyone in the church to join the JoyCampers in memorizing this verse: “I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”
JoyCamp is also still looking for some people to fill up some spots to cook lunch and lead a morning devotion. If this interests you, please sign up via the QR codes on the screen.
Pastor Ryan will be taking time off next week and pastor Joseph Chen will be preaching. Dr. Gene Fang will be providing translation from Mandarin to English. Thank you to Gene and to his wife Reyna for her support.
Join us for snacks and refreshments after service in the fellowship hall, hosted by the Newtown Zillennials Small Group! This will be the last hosted fellowship time, before we head into the summer. We’ll be taking a short break from officially hosting fellowship time during the months of July and August to give our small groups and helpers a well-deserved rest. If you’d still like to bring snacks/refreshments during this time, feel free to drop them off at the table for everyone to enjoy- just note there won’t be any formal setup or hosting. Thanks for understanding as we take this time to recharge and reorganize for this ministry!
